Being involved with some building projects and properties in Malacca and Kuala Lumpur in the 90s, I would never have imagined that the Lord would bring me back from Singapore to Malacca again to develop properties. After all, I had left the development industry after selling my 50% shares in a company that owned a high rise commercial office building in 2002.
In 2004, the Lord gave me a vision of a beautiful Auditorium with a very large seating capacity. I felt that this was for Malacca as I recalled that Lord said to me in 2003 that revival is coming to Malacca.
I had an extreme encounter while attending a short course in California in 2004. This experience was something like Apostle Paul's Damascus Road Encounter with God. After the course ended, the President of the Seminary invited me for lunch. He shared with me that the Lord has put a burden on his heart to set up a training center in Kuala Lumpur. After that, I shared with him the vision I had received as well as a word given to me by the Lord that there would be a revival in Malacca 500 years after the Portuguese came to Malacca in 1511. Malacca was the old entry point for Christianity through the Portuguese.
I thought it was a divine appointment to meet with this man of God who has the experience, connection and the resources to build the Auditorium which was the reason we visited Malacca together few years ago. After the visit he set up a leadership training center in Malacca.
The Lord sent me & Ps Esther to Malacca in 2009. We came with so much passion to build a supernatural training center. The Lord then told us to cut off contacts with our past associates and He closed all doors in order to put us in the Potter's house to reshape the clay in His hand. At the end of 2010, He revealed that it was time to re-establish contact with my past associates and permitted me to contact my old development partner, Bro Gabriel Eng. Bro Gabriel Eng and I had a joint venture in the development of the 'Legenda Condominium' project in the 90s (Photographs of Building & Penthouse Conference Room).
It is through this molding period that I realize that the vison of building an Auditorium is actually for me to fulfill.
I had my doubt when the Lord told me that my ex-developing partner is now a Christian so when I met him, I was indeed surprised that this 'Temple Towkay' has become a God-chaser. It is indeed true to what the Lord has told me.
In the 90s, we were partners pursuing fame, status and money but today, He put us together to faithfully serve in His kingdom. The Lord said that how He had used us in the natural way, He is now going to use us in the supernatural way. In the 90s, we trusted in chariots and horses, but today we trust in the name of the Lord our God.
With both of us now young in faith and full of fire, zeal and love for our Lord Jesus, we are both so willing to dedicate our lives to the Lord and also to dedicate our properties for His ministries. Recently, the Lord puts a burden on Bro Gabriel Eng's heart concerning a certain ministry. When Bro Gabriel shared with me about the burden, the Lord then brought my memory to the vision given to me about the beautiful Auditorium. Now I could understand now that the Lord has called both of us to build His kingdom and to promote greater unity among brothers and sisters in Christ.
The Lord has prepared us well in past development where we have acquired the skill, resources and connection to do the task that He has given to us. As in Isaiah 55:8, "For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways" declares the Lord.
As the Bible says, “Unless the Lord builds the house, its builders labour in vain …” (Psalm 127:1). Like Moses who was trained and educated in all the wisdom of the Egyptians and Daniel in the Babylonian ways, the Lord has prepared both of us in the business of development and we are honoured that at our present age, He has called us back into the development field to build His kingdom. Praise God!

自从九十年代参与一些在马六甲和吉隆坡的建设项目后，我从来没有想象到的是，主会把我从新加坡再次带回马六甲来发展建筑的物业。毕竟，我在2002年把一家拥有一座高层商业办公楼的五十巴仙股份销售了，就离开产业发展的行业。
2004年，主在异象中让我看见一个非常美丽且具有很多座位的的大礼堂。我觉得这应该是在马六甲。因为我记得主在2003年曾对我说，复兴将要临到马六甲。
2004年我在加利福尼亚州的一个短期课程里, 有一个非常特殊的经历。这经历就像是使徒保罗在大马士革与神相遇的情景。课程结束后，学院的院长邀请我共进午餐，与我分享有关上帝把在吉隆坡成立训练中心的负担,放在他的心中。之后，我与他分享主给我看到的异象，以及主启示的话，是有关于葡萄牙人在1511年把基督教带入马六甲后的500年，马六甲将会有一个基督大复兴。马六甲是通过葡萄牙人将基督教传入的旧地点。
我认为这是一个神圣的使命，充满着神人所拥有丰富的经验，连系和资源，来兴建礼堂，这就是我们几年前一起参观马六甲的原因。参观结束后，我们在马六甲成立了领袖训练中心。
在2009年主引领我和以斯帖牧师到达马六甲。我们怀着满腔的热忱到来，以建立一个超自然的训练中心为目标。主告诉我们，要我们与过去的联系同工伙伴断决来往和接触。为了要在陶匠的家中用祂的手重新塑造我们，主也亲自关闭所有联络的门户。在2010年底，主透露我可以重新与过去的同工伙伴联系，并允许我联络从前的建设发展伙伴，Gabriel Eng弟兄。在九十年代，Gabriel Eng弟兄和我有一个合资企业，共同发展“Legenda公寓”的建设单位（参阅公寓及会议室的照片）。
正是通过这个塑造的时期，让我意识到，之前在异象中看见的那个富丽堂皇的大礼堂，实际上是主要我去完成的使命。
当主告诉我先前发展建设的合作伙伴是一位基督徒时，我感到疑惑。可是当我见到他的时候，确实使我感到非常惊讶。这位“庙皇老板”已成为一位神的追随者。主所言的确是真实的事。
在九十年代，我们是合作伙伴，只追求名利，地位和金钱。但今天，神把我们联系在一起，忠实地服务于祂的国度。主说祂以往如何在自然界使用我们，现在却要在超自然领域的服事中使用我们。在九十年代，我们信靠的只是战车和马匹，但如今靠的是耶和华- 我们神的名。
我们信主的日子虽短，内心却充满着对主的火热、渴慕及爱。我们不但愿意奉献生命于主，也愿意奉献产业给神作为事工用途。最近，主把某些事工的负担，放在Gabriel Eng弟兄的心中。当Gabriel弟兄与我分享有关的负担时，主再次把我的记忆带回那美丽的礼堂的异象。现在，我能理解到主是要我们建立祂的国度，以及促进兄弟姐妹在基督里更加的团结和灵里合一。
主已在过去的建设发展行业中预备了我们，就是我们已经获得的技能，资源和连系，做祂托付给我们的圣工。在以赛亚书55:8，“耶和华说，我的意念，非同你们的意念，我的道路，非同你们的道路。”
虽然现有的中心还有很多扩大的空间，Gabriel Eng弟兄与我现在却按着主已经启示的土地位置，进行收购来建造礼堂。该策划的概念, 除了大礼堂外，将采纳一些像似黄金地段商业大楼的建设模式，同时也将设有公寓单位。
正如“圣经”说，“若不是耶和华建造房屋，建造的人就枉然劳力......”（诗篇127:1）。就像摩西在智慧的埃及人里, 所接受的训练和教育，以及但以里在巴比伦的环境中，被预备的一样。主也以发展建设的业务来预备了我们。我们感到很荣幸的是，活了大半辈的日子，主竟带领我们回到发展建设的领域，以建立祂的国度。赞美上帝！
The 8th Joshua Camp marks a new beginning of CKRM ministry in Malacca.
After completing six Joshua Camp in Malacca and one at CKRM Petaling Jaya, the Lord has begun to reconcile significant servant of God like Rev Mary Eu ( Liu Tsai Fang ) to CKRM. Rev Mary Eu is currently the senior pastor in charge of Singapore Christian Prayer House ( SCPH ). She is now leading the Tuesday 9.30 am Christ Kingdom’s prayer group at CKRM Singapore. Besides Rev Mary Eu, the Lord has brought anointed preachers like Bishop Dr Joseph Akintunde and Prophet John O Temple to connect with CKRM. Dr Joseph Akintunde used to conduct seminars & meetings at our Manhattan House, Singapore in 2004.

It is time to usher in our King of Glory into Malacca. Psalms 24 “Lift up your heads, O ye gates; and be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, the LORD mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O ye gates; even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; and the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah.” It is time to come as one Body of Christ so that His will be done in this city. 1 Chronicles 12:32 says “And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment.”By having spiritual discernment and putting our differences aside let us put our hands on the plough and labour together for the coming King of glory.

I came on board as leader of CKRM Christian Centre about three years ago opened a door of great adventure and opportunities for me. Never in my life I would imagined I would be writing a book "Experience His Glory" for the Lord although the Lord did impressed on my heart that I will write a Christian book full with picture illustrations when I was 24 years old. In addition the Lord also gave me a taste of life as a leader in a Christian ministry that moves in the Supernatural and also in the prophetic.
When I first came to CKRM Christian Centre, I was more interested in soaking in the Kavod presence of the Lord as much as I enjoy going to spa. Being a leader and to be equipped with gift of prophetic was the last thing in my mind. To me, to move in the prophetic and be endowed with spiritual gift was too much a price to pay. I preferred a life of easiness.
Nevertheless the Lord appointed me as a leader much to my surprise, and hence has been trying to obey the Lord in doing what He wanted me to do. If you understand CKRM ministry, the founding pastors will not appoint me as a leader base on my natural talent or my seminary background (in fact I do not have any seminary training). But they will appoint me when the Lord told them to do so, even though they do not know much of me and I do not know much of them. All they do is to obey the Lord and just do it.
In 2010, after spending a hectic one year in publication of my book, I thought I would have a life of easiness in 2011. I was not interested in even taking the pulpit. I think to many leaders they would think I am the most laid back of all.
In April this year I have a dream from the Lord. In this dream the Lord revealed that I would have a change of portfolio in a month's time. Not knowing what the Lord was referring to, I thought He was referring to my secular job. Then in mid of May, one day while I was sleeping, I saw the Jesus holding a tray and coming towards me. I was excited when I saw the Lord and the tray. But when I looked that the tray, the tray was empty. "Where is the gift/present ?" I thought. So the tray was actually a gift / tray for me. The tray represents it is time for me to be serious with my calling and it is time to serve, just like a waiter or a waitress.
So when Ps CM Tan came on board, I was there to assist her. But it was only for a short while as I was very busy in my secular job and being sick often. In fact out of 11 months this year, I was sick for 6 months. Nearing my birthday in August, another surprise came to me. Ps CM Tan resigned as the Lord only wanted her to stay for 3 months, the Lord prompted Ps Paul and Ps Esther to appoint me as the leader for CKRM Supernatural and Anointing Ministry. Here I am, the life of easiness that I have been looking for kaput again.
Since I took up the ministry, the Lord has been good to me and to the leaders. I have a group of worship team that are getting better and better. The anointing in the power ministry has grown. The Lord revealed through different channels including myself how to increase the anointing in the power ministry. I would not contribute the increase in anointing as my own achievement. I must thank the elders, the leaders and the members that have been patiently serving the Lord selflessly. There is power in unity.
Through my three months as the leader of the ministry, the Lord bestowed new function for the Sword of the Lord. The Sword of the Lord is also now being used to slay dragons and strongmen in the spirit realm I slayed two dragons while I was in Bali for holiday in October. Thus the slaying of dragon anointing is like an upgraded software version. While Sword of the Lord is software version 1.1, the Dragon slayer anointing is software version 1.2. In fact just last week I used the Sword of the Lord to break the witchcraft which someone has put on a Muslim friend. This friend is not just a normal girl. Whenever things it is going to happen to her, it will be just somehow revealed in her dream.
In addition, I imparted to the the leaders and some members a new weapon I received from the Lord in April 2011. It is a inner healing gifting. A prophetic act of sewing of the human heart with a spiritual threat and needle set a person free from emotional hurts. We saw many people were ministered to with this inner healing gifting. When I imparted to Sis Ruth the thread and needle gifting, she saw a needle and three threads in different colors on her hands. God is so amazing!
When there is unity, the anointing grow. Unity is a powerful weapon. Thus I treasure this unity greatly. Just this morning, a pastor who has a church in India and Malaysia lamented to me. He said that a certain member of his congregation do not agree on the pastor's practice that Holy Communion should be served to all Christians including new believers and not just to water-baptised Christians. He asked me my opinion. I said I understand some churches only serve Holy Communion to water-baptised Christians and some churches serves Holy Communion to all believers including new believers that yet to be water-baptised. So this particular member with the traditional mind accused the pastor of teaching wrong doctrines and even spread the false accusation around. I comforted the pastor and told him nobody can claimed that he/she has 100% understanding of the bible. The person who can claimed to have all knowledge either think he is God or he is full of shortsightedness. The person that tries to divide the church with his own thinking has a religious spirit which is as destructive as a Jezebel spirit.
Just like Rick Joyner said " We should know the God of Truths rather than the truths of God.". The war on who has the correct doctrines is never ending. If we focus on the differences, we are standing on the devil side to divide the church. When the church is divided, the most happy being is Satan. Why do men so oftenly and foolishly fall into Satan's trap and being used by the enemy?
Are you one of them being used by Satan to criticise the church of God and attempting to bring division to the congregation? If you do, repent!
In my book I wrote about the Warwick dream. The dream talks about Christians fighting with one another using the bible. It is never ending in today's churches and God is grieved. So I told the pastor to preach on the warwick dream to give a wake-up call to his members. In addition I told him if I am a pastor of that church. I told him I will tell that member with the religious spirit to leave the church if he is disagreeable. I was surprised at my own answer as I am more well-known to be a peaceloving person. But coming from a leader of the church, I would think this would work best for any ministry.

Good news!
Prophet John O. Temple (Prophet), from Voice of Triumph Evangelical Missions will continue to minister at CKRM Singapore Saturday Power Ministry on 12th, 19th and 26th November at 3 pm.
Ps Temple is a Charismatic preacher and ministered in crusades, revival meetings and in many churches. He is well traveled, anointed with the Fire of the Holy Spirit and also a dynamic teacher of the Word of God.
Thereon, there were storms and trials. "A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out ..." (Matthew 12:20).
Now, exactly 6 years later on 1.11.11, HE brought Rev Liu Tsia Fang back. God is humorous. Who can understand our God? No one could as His ways and thoughts are higher than our ways and thoughts (Isaiah 55:8).

CKRM and Singapore Christian Prayer House (SCPH) will be jointly organizing event i.e overnight year end prayer retreat at CKRM Singapore (29.12.11 to 1st January 2012). Will provide more information in due course.
At times, we are so blinded by our own fleshy desire that we never go into prayer to seek the Lord whether or not it is His will that we should go ahead to do a project. A few years ago, I was encouraged by my American friend who was setting up a school of ministry in Malaysia, to purchase a resort service apartment since he had already bought a unit. We even went to the property auction together.
I did not purchase the property as my fund was tied up with currency trading and Hedge Fund investment as I was still in business, not embarking into full time ministry yet.
Then, the Lord told me to withdraw from such investment. He prompted me to make full settlement towards my bank loan for my properties in Singapore. It was painful experience as I was enjoying an attractive profit from the investment but I had to obey the Lord after seeking confirmation after confirmation due to my struggle to obey by faith.
Shortly after I had fully redeemed the properties from the bank after settling the entire outstanding loan, the US Currency declined sharply in value. Had I not obeyed the Lord, my investment would have been wiped out because of the sudden turn of event which had led to an economic crisis.
Now the resort apartment cum hotel in Malaysia which I did not purchase earlier has shut down the business and power supply has been disconnected to the whole building since August this year. The whole building is now deserted. Had I made the purchase, I would have been caught in a dilemma where I cannot stay, rent out or even sell the property.
I am sharing this experience to encourage everyone of us that in whatever we do, we need to seek the Lord for His will and direction even on matter concerning to build His house as in Psalms 127:1, "Unless the Lord builds the house, its builders labour in vain. Unless the Lord watches over the city, the watchmen stand guard in vain."
In every situation, God is also speaking to us through environment or situations. Even though our ministry has the available fund to purchase a property in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, we did not make any hasty decision by using our fleshy desire to buy the property. We did not purchase any property because God did not confirm that we should go ahead doing with what we had in our minds.
We just wait and wait upon the Lord until the Lord told us 7 months later to resume the ministry in Malacca. Then only we realized that His plan is better than our plan (Isaiah 55:8). As long as we earnestly seek His will, there will never be any lack in provision, resources and fund for the ministries that He has ordained and commissioned us to do and we also enjoy His full protection.
Jonah disobeyed the Lord and ran away from the Lord. He went aboard a ship. Then the Lord sent a great wind on the sea that the ship threatened to break up in a situation using the storm to speak to the sailors. Only after seeking the Lord using the method of casting lots that they realized that Jonah was the cause for the storm because of his disobedience to God (Jonah 1:1-7).
The Bible says that “Because those who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God” (Romans 8:14). We need to be sensitive when the Lord uses environment and situations to speak to us.
