The renovation work for the Penthouse Conference Room can be completed by mid-October 2011, with proper sound-proof, audio/DVD recording facilities. The two Penthouse units comprise 2 levels. The picture shows the lower lever where the conference facilities will be. The upper level will be a fellowship centre with 6 guest rooms.
The 2nd Phrase development will comprise a Cafeteria with air-conditioned indoor setting with open-air outdoor facing the swimming pool. A business-centre will be be included in the planning on the ground level. We will make the place very cozy, at least a high rated setting with service apartments available.

10 units of cozy Service Apartments at Canaan Garden facing the Straits of Malacca will be available in the next phrase of development. There will be room for expansion as per the need arises and on the drawing board is also the development of the vision God gave me in 2003.
The Penthouse Conference Room will be the venue for the 8th Joshua Camp (End November/early December).
