It has been more than a year since I last visited Kuala Lumpur. This visit was to join my family for Chinese New Year reunion dinner..
On the 2nd day of Chinese New Year, I was invited to share at a Prayer House. During the ministry, the leader of the prayer house has the gift of ‘Blowing’ (John 20:22) and ‘Roar’ of the Lion of Judah (Amos 1:2, 3:8, Revelation 10:3) activated in her. Another person went down under the power of God repeatedly. To prevent himself from falling, the brother tried to sit with his back facing the wall. But all effort proofed to be vain, as the glory of Glory was just too heavy for him. It was a tremendous blessing for this brother.
On the 3rd day, I had a lunch fellowship with Rev Koo Tiong Ling at Tony Romas Restaurant, located at the Glass Garden at Megamall,. This is the 4th Tony Romas Restaurant since the opening of the 1st one at Sunway Pyramid Shopping Complex about 30 months ago by my eldest son, George.
My relationship with Rev Koo went back to 2005 where we met while attending a course at Ellel Ministries and then again at Agape, California. Rev Koo was the President of the Methodist CAC of Malaysia for 15 years and therefore the longest serving President. Our last meeting was about 16 months ago, where he invited us to share at his School of Practical Ministry in downtown Kuala Lumpur. Hence, we have so much to catch up, that our lunch fellowship lasted for 6 hours.
It is the Lord’s heartbeat to have Rev Koo serves as one of the advisor to CKRM Leadership Training (SEA) Sdn Bhd. I spoke to Rev Koo over lunch about it, and he has consented to be one of the advisors. As a godly man who walks in the Spirit, Rev Koo will help to ensure that the CKRM Training Centre will move in the direction & will of God. With 2 advisors now and with our prayer team in Singapore, CKRM Training Centre should be on the right track with people who are full of wisdom and full of the Spirit.
God’s presence was strongly felt throughout our lunch fellowship, as we discussed various spiritual things. Despite his seniority, Rev Koo is a very humble man who loves God. There is no air of self-righteousness in him and he does not look at a man’s past, but rather how the Lord is using the person.
For instance, we talked about the move of God and about the counterfeit power & miracles comparing the real power of God. We should not fear about miracles because God's power is supreme and way higher than those counterfeit. Even Pharaoh’s magicians could only achieve until 30% of the ability using counterfeit means, compared with what Moses could do using God's power.
Rev Koo’s sharing about those who could administrate tapping on counterfeit miracles have very sensitive spirit than those without the spirit, opens my mind to understand the many answers I was searching for.
While spending my time with God early dawn today, the Lord prompted me to Acts 26:17-18 where He told Paul, "I will rescue you from your own people and from the Gentiles. I am sending you to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me."
God uses such people taught by the devil, turns them around and uses them for His glory.
We should never fear the evil one as “… the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world” (1 John 4:4).
Some Christians who have never experienced encountering the power of God can be blinded by their fear of the spiritual or physical manifestation of the Spirit, that they fail to see the real fruits that are resulted from the manifestation.
Through the manifestations, some people are healed of sickness and some are set free from demons. Others are empowered with the spiritual gifts of God, with their hearts returning to their first love – Jesus. These are the tremendous fruits.

Bill Johnson wrote in his book, “The safest place in this war is obedience. In the center of His will, we face only the situations we are equipped to win. Outside of the center is where many Christians fall, facing undue pressures that are self-inflicted. His will is the only safe place to be.”
God anoints us to serve Him in absolute uncompromised obedience to do His will. It is not for our own self interest or greed. As God’s anointed servants, we have to yield in obedience to His voice, even if it does not seem logical.
However, there are also God’s anointed ones who try to please men and as a result, ended up in disobedience. Disobedience is rebellion and a sin of divination (1 Samuel 15:22-23).
Though God’s prophet, Balaam was going with the princes of Moab against the will of God. His eyes were so blinded by his eagerness & greed to serve the king of Moab that he could not see an angel with a drawn sword ready to kill him if he had moved on. God was opposing Balaam from making the trip. However, the donkey could see the angel so the donkey refused to move. This saved Balaam from being killed by the sword of the angel (Numbers 22:21-34).
Likewise, the Lord can put a stumbling block by inflicting sudden illness upon His anointed servant to prevent the servant from opposing Him, and thus committing a sin of disobedience.
However, we may mistakenly think that we are under spiritual attack as the devil is trying to prevent us from carrying out our ‘godly work’. But it is not so. Sin opens hole in our body for the evil one to torment us. 1 Peter 5:8, “Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.” God protects His anointed ones, provided we walk in His will.
The Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul due to his disobedience and God sent an evil spirit to torment him (1 Samuel 16:14).
In Exodus 15:26 the Lord said, “If you listen carefully to the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the Lord, who heals you.”
Thus, the next time we are inflicted with sickness that prevents us from making a journey to attend a ministry which is against the will of God, don’t think that we are under spiritual attack from the evil one. God, by His grace, may be putting a stumbling block to prevent us from doing something which He opposes, against the logic of our human reasoning.
I had my own experience with disobedience. Once, I disobeyed the Lord by going against His command to a prayer house. With my disobedience, I could sense that the anointing level was low during ministry at the prayer house, like the presence of God was absent. By His mercy, I did not incur His wrath. But I may not have such grace if I continue to disobey Him.
Another time, I was struggling with disobedience to dedicate my office units to Him until a messenger of God warned me that if I continue to resist, calamity will befall upon me.
Now, after witnessing the Lord’s healing upon my long term suffering of hypertension & prostate, everything that I have now belong to Him, including my body.
I do not wish to go back to the period where I had to be in bondage to daily medication. With this in mind, I have overcome the problem of having to struggle with obeying God. Living in His will, there is no spiritual attack as the Lord protects me.

Pastor’s comment: Balaam was asked by the king of Moab to curse Israel but God told Balaam, “Do not go with them. You must not put a curse on these people, because they are blessed” (Numbers 22:12).
God’s pulpit must be respected and must not be misused to speak evil things about God’s people. In 2007, I was grieved that the pulpit was being misused by a pulpit speaker to vent his anger, making some humiliating remarks on God's people as per the article written in the below link.

The much awaited “Today’s Youth” Supernatural Ministry finally kicked off on the 18th Jan at 1 pm sharp. Sister Victoria , delivered a short introduction speech to the eager faces gathered at CKRM for this special occasion. The crowd kept pouring in even as the first praise song “Zheng Dong Tian Di 震动天地” is sung. The atmosphere was saturated with expectation as the congregation engaged God in worship and adoration. With the conclusion of the last worship song, Pastor Paul and Pastor Esther promptly walked to the pulpit and welcomed all who had come to attend the first “Today’s Youth” Supernatural Ministry.
Pointing out that counterfeits are inferior imitation of their genuine counterparts, Pastor Paul explained that the “qigong” demonstrated by qigong masters pales in comparison to what the power of God can do. He went on to do a demonstration by imparting God’s power to about 3 persons who were seated right at the last row, a feat no “qigong” master could perform at that distance. Co-workers of CKRM began to speak in Thai and other languages they have not pick up when the gift of tongues was activated by Pastor Paul. Such enabling by the Holy Spirit will be valuable as the body of Christ brings the Gospel to countries, whose languages we do not speak. Deliverance also took place when Pastor Paul ministered to two ladies in the service.
After the demonstrations, Pastor Paul handed the session over to Brother Timothy, the chairman of “Today’s Youth” supernatural ministry. Turning to the bible, Brother Timothy preached on the importance of having dreams and visions to sustain our Christian walk with God. At the end of his preaching, Brother Timothy invited the new comers as well as those who desired the gifts of the Holy Spirit to come forward. He exhorted each of them with his prophetic gifting and prayed for them. Many were told not to worry for their children or parents as the Lord would take care of them. The members were reminded during the prophetic ministry to stay focus on God and His kingdom and to give their hearts 100% to Him.
Pastor Paul and Pastor Esther stepped behind the pulpit once again as Brother Timothy ministered to the last few remaining youths in the line. Visibly excited, Pastor Paul and Pastor Esther also began to minister with the “weaponry” that God has given CKRM. Surely, no eyes have seen and no ears have heard of a pastor shooting “arrows” (Habakkuk 3:11) or throwing “stones” (1 Samuel 17:49) except at CKRM. Prophecies were also spoken to all who were present in Cantonese Opera style when the anointing came upon Brother Timothy. Fire and wind from heaven swept across the sanctuary and many who were sensitive to the presence of God manifested in various ways. Powerboy, a 17 year old youth roared like a Lion while others soared like an eagle as the power of God hit each and every one present. It was indeed a blessed time in “Today’s Youth” as the Holy Spirit graced the occasion with His presence and power …

回顾这几年的风风雨雨，从开始星期六几个人的祷告会，转换成双语的权能特会。到今日已增加到有三堂主日崇拜和既将展开的马六甲超自然事工训练学校，除了感恩，还是只有感恩。
我们的主耶稣是昨日，今日，至到永远永不改变的神。2000 年前主所做的，2000年后信祂的人也要做,且要做得更大。这是主的心跳，把祂那超自然的能力带回祂的教会。当年神用自己的大能，使用摩西拯救以色列人脱离埃及人的奴役。今日神也照样要使用祂的子民彰显祂的荣耀。
主耶和华的灵在我身上，因为耶和华用膏膏我，叫我传好信息给谦卑的人；差遣我医好伤心的人，报告被掳的得释放，被囚的出监牢（以赛亚书61：1）

放眼今日观看仇敌使用各种欺骗手段，用巫术，邪术，法术，通灵等等方法模仿真神的神迹奇事（不要害怕恶者最多只能达到三成能力（出埃及8：19）仇敌把人压制在黑暗中，使人受尽身体和精神的折磨。反观神的儿女们，原本有神赐于我们完全的能力：
我已经给你们权柄可以践踏蛇和蝎子又胜过仇敌一切的能力，断没有什么能害你们（路加福音10：19）但我们切无知可怜，不懂得使用这权柄和能力，白白受苦，让主焦急心疼，我们这些只有满头脑圣经知识，但缺乏圣灵的能力的儿女，要如何成就这末世的大使命，预备主的再来？
主说，因为这百姓亲近我，用嘴唇尊敬我，心切远离我。他们敬畏我，不过是领受人的吩咐。所以我在这百姓中要行奇妙的事，就是奇妙又奇妙的事。他们知慧人的知慧，必然消灭，聪明人的聪明必然隐藏。（以赛亚书29：13-14）
马六甲超自然事工训练学校的诞生就是为了装备主内肢体，在圣灵的恩膏下，成为神家中贵重的器皿，行使在马可福音16：17-18的应许中，就是信的人必有神迹奇事随着他们，就是奉我的名赶鬼，说新方言，手能拿蛇，若喝了什么毒物，也必不受害，手按病人，病人就好了。
神的儿女们啊 ！起来吧 ！让神来装备我们好得着仇敌的城门！啊们！

Possess the Gate of the Enemy
“And I tell you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not overcome it.
I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven” (Matthew 16:18-19)
Looking back at the trails and hardships we faced these few years, my heart is filled with only gratitude and thanksgiving. From a Saturday prayer meeting with only a few people, to now a bilingual Power Ministry. CKRM has also grown to incorporate 3 Sunday services, and very soon we will have a School of Supernatural Ministry in Malacca.
Our Lord Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Today, those who believe in Him shall do far greater things than what our Lord did 2000 years ago. For it’s the Lord’s heartbeat to restore the supernatural abilities to the Churches. Those days, through His great might the Lord used Moses to deliver the Israelites out from under the slavery of the Egyptians. Likewise, God will use His people mightily in this present time, that His name be glorified.
“The Spirit of the Sovereign LORD is on me, because the LORD has anointed me to preach good news to the poor. He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners” (Isaiah 61:1)
While I was meditating about the 10 plagues recorded in Exodus 7-12, I felt deeply that God is trying to reveal to His people, that He is the sovereign God, that His power far supersede all false gods and evil forces (Exodus 12:12).
The enemy tries to imitate God by using various means of deception, trickery, witchcraft, evil techniques and magic etc. The enemy uses these to oppress people to live in darkness, causing them to suffer both in the body and spiritually (Fear not as the devil could only achieve until 30% of the ability (Exodus 8:19)). As children of God, He has originally bestowed complete ability to us:
“I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you” (Luke 10:19). Unfortunately, we are so ignorant and pitiful, as we do not know how to use this authority and power to fight the enemy. Hence, we end up suffering in vain, and causing our Lord to be anxious and His heart aches for us. Our heads are only full of bible knowledge, but we lack the might of the Holy Spirit. How can we then achieve the great commission He has given us, and prepare for our Lord’s return?
The Lord says: "These people come near to me with their mouth and
honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship of me is made up only of rules taught by men. Therefore once more I will astound these people with wonder upon wonder; the wisdom of the wise will perish, the intelligence of the intelligent will vanish" (Isaiah 29: 13-14).
The birth of School of Supernatural Ministry in Malacca, is to equip the Body of Christ. Under the anointing of Holy Spirit, we become a precious instrument of God, walking in the promises of Mark 16:17-18, that “...these signs will accompany those who believe: In my name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues; they will pick up snakes with their hands; and when they drink deadly poison, it will not hurt them at all; they will place their hands on sick people, and they will get well.”
Arise! Sons and daughters of God! Let us allow God to equip us well, so that we can possess the gate of the enemy! Amen!

I enjoyed travelling on mission trips with Dr Ernest Chan, President of Agape, USA, as these trips provided me the opportunity to testify on how the Lord has used Dr Chan and his institute in California to bless me; how the Lord has transformed my life from a man of the world to a man who is on fire for Him through this special man of God.
Whenever Dr Chan asked me to testify be it in Mainland China, Hong Kong or Malaysia, the power of God just swept through the congregation. When I was invited to share in Agape Leadership Institute in Malaysia, the fire of God rained down so strongly to bless the congregation. Each time I had the opportunity to testify boldly about the great work of our Lord, I felt tremendous joy & as if I was on a honeymoon with Him. The devil hates it whenever I testify. Hence, it is not surprising that the ministry of CKRM and I become very controversial to some religious & self-righteous people.
Testimony is a very powerful tool to break the power of darkness. We must not be ashamed to testify for the Lord. Apostle Paul told Timothy in 2 Timothy 1:8, “So do not be ashamed to testify about our Lord, or ashamed of me his prisoner. But join with me in suffering for the gospel, by the power of God.”
The Lord has blessed many people at CKRM, and many have testified about our Lord and how the Lord has led them to CKRM to be blessed. Unfortunately, there are also people who have been blessed, but are afraid to testify for the Lord. They are afraid of being known to be associated with a controversial ministry. However, they forget that God uses this ministry to bless them.
Testimonies have brought far more people to Christ than actual preaching the gospel. Salvation is the immediate goal. God’s people must also have the hearts to see others being blessed (i.e. being healed, set free from bondage and empowered).
God blesses us so that we could be effective witnesses to bless others (Acts 1:8). We must not allow our own selfish reason or interest to hinder us from testifying the greatness and awesome works of God.
From my own experience, my spiritual growth has been very rapid because the testimonies I shared have blessed and encouraged many people. I am not ashamed to bear witness for the Lord, and by His grace, not only has the Lord blessed me so much in my spiritual life, but also set me free from the bondage of all medication.
I testify all the times sharing with people and even through many testimonies that I have written. By writing this article on the blog, I am already bearing witness for His works.

In order to prepare & equip the ‘Today’s Youth’ with divine power to tear down the power of darkness, CKRM has placed equal importance in providing training on discipleship & character building.
Thus, we are pleased to announce that Rev Huang De Li will be joining our training team for the Discipleship/Character Building Class. He will commence teaching at the 10 am Sunday Church service on 11th January 2009.
Rev Huang De Li has been in ministry for about 36 years and is specialized in this topic. Rev Huang also holds a Master degree in Divinity.
Besides the ‘Today’s Youth’ Supernatural ministry, another most exciting and long awaited thing is about to happen. We have heard of the 1994 Toronto Blessing and the Florida Lakeland out-pouring of the Holy Spirit which have attracted hungry Christians from all over the world.
The Lord had given me two prophetic words which I prophesied about 5 years ago. One has come to pass and the other is about a coming revival in this region.
The Lord said in Isaiah 55:11, “So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.”
Thus, a training centre for a supernatural ministry is now in the process of being registered in Malacca for the coming out pouring of the Holy Spirit as well as to cater for such need of Christians to be equipped for ministries from S.E Asia countries.
We will seek the Lord to lead us to a site to build the training centre, which may be similar to Bill Johnson’s Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, California which includes a 24 hours Prayer Tower. Meanwhile, we are looking for a suitable building to house the training centre and ministry.
Our 1st service in Malacca is likely to commence in March 2009; perhaps the 1st batch of a ‘Gideon Camp’ training for our CKRM pastors, leaders and co-workers from Singapore.
The Lord has given me a word few days ago through Zechariah 8:23: This is what the Lord Almighty says, “In those days ten men from all languages and nations will take firm hold of one Jew by the hem of his robe and say, ‘Let us go with you, because we have heard that God is with you.’”
God is always faithful to those who will obey His voice and do His will. We have witnessed His grace & faithfulness, on how He has blessed the ministries of CKRM and the co-workers at CKRM.
CKRM’s foundation is built on the agape love of our heavenly Father. After passing the baton to the ‘Joshua Generation’ it was not easy for Ps Esther and me to sit and do nothing for that season just to be still and wait upon the Lord.
On 1st January 2009, the Lord prompted NOW is the time of the new harvest, and so we are putting His plan into action. Psalms 127:1 says, “Unless the Lord builds the house, its builders labor in vain.”
